Coverage: Gem & Hue offers a limited lifetime warranty on all lab-grown jewelry products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship, ensuring your jewelry is free from defects under normal wear.

What's Covered:

• Manufacturing Defects: Includes issues like loose stones, prong defects, and flaws from the manufacturing process.
• Metal Quality: We guarantee the quality of the metal against defects or deterioration.

What's Not Covered:

• Normal Wear and Tear: Excludes damage from regular use, accidental damage, loss, theft, or misuse.
• Alterations or Repairs by Unauthorized Parties: Any unauthorized repairs void the warranty.

Terms and Conditions:

• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt is required for all warranty claims.
• Transferability: Non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Warranty Claims:

• Inspection and Repair: Upon approval, the jewelry will be inspected, and Gem & Hue will repair or replace it at our discretion.

Lifetime Warranty Shipping:

• When availing our lifetime warranty for jewelry, customers are responsible for paying for shipping both ways, totaling USD 200 for both ways.
