At Gem & Hue, we aim to deliver your gemstones safely, quickly, and with full transparency. Every order is securely packed and shipped with care to ensure your stone reaches you in perfect condition.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.
International shipping will be added soon.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Once your order is confirmed, it is packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Delhi NCR: 1–3 days

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 days

  • Rest of India: 4–7 days

Please note: Delivery may be impacted by courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) is available with a ₹50 non-refundable handling fee.

4. Order Tracking

A tracking link will be sent via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email once your order ships.
You can monitor your shipment’s progress at any time.

5. Packaging & Safety

All gemstones are:

  • Packed in protective boxes

  • Sealed securely

  • Shipped with their certification

  • Accompanied by a detailed invoice

We ensure that your gemstones are safely cushioned and protected during transit.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed or not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at:

We will coordinate with the courier partner and update you promptly.

Lost or severely delayed shipments will be fully resolved on a case-by-case basis.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Recipient unavailable

The package may return to us, and reshipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged Parcels

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Take clear photos/videos before opening

  • Contact us within 24 hours

We’ll assist you immediately and guide the next steps.

9. Multiple Items in One Order

If you purchased multiple gemstones or accessories, they will be shipped together unless otherwise specified.
